  1. Hi Mr Money, thanks for the generous input๐Ÿ˜Š..can I ask u? Actually how to invest in share market? Can u share the methods..since I have zero knowledge on it..slowly learning through utube videos

    1. Hi Kshana! Thanks for watching! With sometime and effort you can definitely learn! youtube is a good start! I will be doing a FREE class on investing very soon! pm me on facebook or you can email me at mrmoney@mrmoneytv.com! will update you there

  2. Thank you for the insides! Just wanna ask; do you use Rakuten Trade? Or what are the platforms you would recommend to trade in/ low broker fees.

  3. Banking counters such as CIMB and RHB
Both this counters share price have been stuck for quite long and failed to grow

Many reason such as OPR rate cut make the bank margin thinner , bad economy conditions make the loan grow low, and foreign fund selling

So it not really smart to invest in banking counters unless you know what u doing and pick only good bank

  4. As for GENTING , this share price has been on waterfall since long time ago

One by one bad news befall GENTING , start with change of government and impose casino duty hike , acquire loss making subsi, dispute of theme park opening, then sin tax scare until now Covid 19 problems

This all will greatly affect its profit for sure

Why share price drop there must be a reasons behind it, there will be no reason that the company share price drop

Other willing to throw at lower price is due to bad reason and u pick it up , is how far sight u can see in this company ?

Until u reach that level , only u can make wise investment in share market

  5. Can u suggest company that is NTA high than share price and at the same time

Is good at profit and also good in future prospects, this will be more useful and less misleading

    Thanks !

    1. Hey Calvin T! Yup definitely theres more to consider when picking a stock. As it was mentioned this is NOT a RECOMMENDATION to BUY or SELL. Do share with us whats your favorite counter at this point! ๐Ÿ™‚

    2. @Mr Money TV I suggest few companies as follows

      ALLIANZ
      MUHIBAH
      EWINT
      EKOVEST
      LIIHEN
      AIRPORT

these companies all is NTA higher than the price plus they have very good future prospect if you study it deeply (good biz, potential future projects, strong management , near monopoly biz)
also its at bargain price now

  6. You got a like and a new sub from me. For not so hardworking investor like me, your videos help to somewhat validate some of my conclusions.

  7. Good investors will never use NTA as a yardstick to invest. It is because NTA wont come into picture unless the business is closing shop.

    1. totally agree
only if biz liquidate and close shop, only company will sell all the assets and pay all liabilities and realise the NTA value
      but its rarely rarely happen

u see high NTA value than share price , u cannot get it as company don’t close shop
u see high NTA value than share price , but share price cannot go up and u cannot make money as company profit and prospect is bad or share price is goreng or control by certain party

      pathetic ….that is share market

    1. u can go find that company quarter report or annual report

usually in the quarter report in the balance sheet page at the end will have book value/net book value/ NTA already calculated already

or the formula is total assets minus total liabilities = book value/net book value

above is simplify formula, if u study more deep, there are many variations than above formula

but I feel the simple one is enough as it already give good gross pictures of the company

  8. I am sorry. Some companies you have mentioned had recorded Return of Equity (ROE) less than 15% Book value should not be the only parameter in valuing a stock.

  9. We don’t invest in a stock based on book value alone. If we did, then no investors will buy stocks from companies like Amazon, Uber and Airbnb. Market condition and future earning potential are also very important. That’s why we are seeing the stocks of glove companies have sky-rocketed recently.

  10. For undervalue companies im looking at ROE above 15% and PE below 10-12. Debt below 100% and less as possible. Just personal preferance.

  11. Your video is very informative, educational and excellent. You should keep with this modesty, relax and preaching tone/style. I’m sure you will gains many viewers ๐Ÿ‘

  12. i think the challenge in most economic cycle is figuring out the sector that picks up after any ‘event’. its easier to look at pe and book value and eps and all, but as it gets clearer over time, i dont think we ca see a full recovery in reits, airlines, banking, o&g, and the many other anytime soon

  13. Just because it is cheap, doesn’t mean it is a good investment – Always invest in company that has a potential to grow…”Cheap things are not good – Good things are not cheap”

  14. I make massive profit on my investment since i started investing with Mrs Mary Maxwell, her trading strategies are top notch coupled with the little commission she charges when trading with her

    1. @Joel Peters the consistent weekly profits I’m getting investing with Mrs Mary Maxwell there’s no doubt she is the most reliable in the market such a genius

    2. @David Chris I also just started trading with Mrs Mary Maxwell, She is definately the best at what she does. with a small initial investment of $1400 i made up to $5230 in just a week of trading with her, her strategies are mind blowing
